*If your child is 6 years or older, they do not qualify for the parent fee reduction grant, and would be responsible to pay the full preschool fee of $750.00

 

The Fees as of April 1st 2023:

Infant Fees

(6 weeks old to 1 ½ years old/18 months)

  • Full-time - $217.50 per month (attends the centre 90+ hours a month)

  • Part-time – Not applicable at this time

  • Casual/Drop in - Not applicable at this time

*Special note:
Infant Room hours are:
8:00am - 5:30pm while the rest of the centre is open 7:00am - 6:00pm

Toddler Fees

(1 ½ years old/19 Months to 2 ½ years old/30 Months)

  • Full-time - $217.50 per month (attends the centre 90+ hours a month)

  • Part-time – Not applicable at this time

  • Casual/Drop in - Not applicable at this time

Preschooler Fees

(2 ½ years old/31 months to 6 years old)

  • Full-time - $217.50 per month (attends the centre 90+ hours a month)

  • Part-time – Not applicable at this time

  • Casual/Drop in - Not applicable at this time

(6 years old+)

  • Full-time - $550.00 per month (attends the centre 90+ hours a month)

  • Part-time – Not applicable at this time

  • Casual/Drop in - Not applicable at this time

School-Age Fees

(Grade 1 and Above)

  • Part-time Before and After School – $415.00
    (Cannot attend the centre during school hours if they have school that day. e.g. If they have a doctor’s appointment during the day, they are required to go back to school, and can return to the centre after they’re scheduled drop off time)

  • Full-time - $600.00 per month (attends the centre 90+ hours a month) Only applicable during July and August

 

Please Note:       

  • We are currently not accepting part time contracts as per the Pandemic (Effective as of April 2020)

  • All Families will be required to sign a new “Agreement for Child Care Services” reflecting their new fee each time it changes

  • All full-time and part-time fees are paid in advance of the month. Fees are due before the 5th business day of each month or are subject to interest charges on overdue fees. Casual fees will be invoiced at the end of each month and are due upon receipt.

  • For all part-time in casual spots, if a child attend the centre in excess of the hour stipulated more than 2 times per six month, the childcare fee will automatically increase to the fee reflected in the actual hours attended effective of the following month of the third violation ·         

  • For part time families, the centre will draw up a contract based on the availability of spaces that calendar year. Part time families are not allowed access to the centre on no school days, no PD days, and school holidays (December holiday break, February break, and Easter break) and will be in effect from September to June ONLY.

Subsidized fees

Parent’s are responsible for keeping their subsidy up to date and to pay for the difference if they did not qualify for subsidy that month.
